4. Payments & Order Protection

  • Vendor payouts may depend on successful delivery, customer confirmation, and marketplace policy.
  • GoTrustMe SL may delay payment release if there is a dispute, refund request, or fraud concern.

5. Delivery & Carrier Rules

  • Carriers must handle orders carefully and deliver within the agreed timeframe.
  • Delivery fees may vary by location, distance, and order type.
  • Delivery issues should be reported to GoTrustMe SL support as soon as possible.

6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are reviewed case by case.

7. Account Suspension

  • Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
