Vendor Agreement

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to GoTrustMe SL. This Vendor Agreement governs the relationship between GoTrustMe SL and vendors who register and sell products through our marketplace.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To sell on GoTrustMe SL, vendors must provide accurate information, maintain a valid phone number and email address, and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for accurate product descriptions, real product images, correct pricing, and updated inventory.

Prohibited Products

• Illegal items
• Counterfeit goods
• Weapons
• Drugs or controlled substances
• Stolen property
• Fraudulent or misleading products

4. Orders and Payments

Customers must not pay vendors directly. All payments must be processed through approved GoTrustMe SL payment methods.

Payments may be held securely by GoTrustMe SL until delivery is confirmed. Funds are released to vendors after successful order completion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Vendors must prepare orders promptly and cooperate with GoTrustMe SL delivery partners, drivers, or authorized logistics providers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a refund if the wrong item is delivered, the product is significantly different from the description, or the item arrives damaged.

7. Vendor Conduct

• Do not bypass GoTrustMe SL payments.
• Do not contact customers to arrange direct payment.
• Do not manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Do not engage in fraud or misleading activity.

8. Fees and Commissions

GoTrustMe SL may charge commissions, listing fees, delivery-related fees, or other marketplace fees. Fees will be communicated to vendors through the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their products and trademarks. By listing products, vendors allow GoTrustMe SL to display product images, descriptions, and related content for marketplace and marketing purposes.

10. Account Suspension

GoTrustMe SL may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for fraud, repeated complaints, prohibited products, or violation of platform policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

GoTrustMe SL provides a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. GoTrustMe SL is not responsible for vendor business losses, product defects caused by vendors, or delays beyond reasonable control.

12. Agreement Updates

GoTrustMe SL may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform means the vendor accepts the updated agreement.
